Antenuptial agreements are the engagement ring of the 21st Century. You don't have to be a millionaire to want to protect your property and income in the event of a divorce or death. Antenuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements are underused, but, when used, can prevent expensive litigation and control what happens if there is a divorce and on death.
